All application servers are able to send emails but it is highly recommended to use a transactional email service such as Mailgun and Mandrill. Most of transactional email providers offer trial accounts.
If you are looking for inbound mailboxes, we are sorry to tell you that we do not offer such a service. It is outside of the scope of the platform. You can always use Mail services such as Google Business, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook).
Alternatively you can setup a VPS within our platform and install cPanel or Plesk. They both have an inbound email service.
